Before moving in with my fiancé, I lived ‘alone’ for 9 months. By alone, I mean I moved to a different city from uni/home and shared a flat with people I did not know. This experience was a lot different than starting at university for me, which something I was very naïve about. Not a lot of people talk about these experiences and how hard it can be. I hope this post helps someone struggling with loneliness to realise that you are not alone.
Gratitude is one of the most amazing and powerful things in this world. Your life can be instantly turned around by just saying thank you. However, what even is gratitude and how does it achieve this?? In this blog post, I’ll be exploring this and then giving tips on how you can incorporate gratitude in your life.
This blog post is something that has been quite personal to me. Being in a rut is not great and being unhappy sucks. I do hope these practical tips could help somebody out there as they have worked for me.
