What Is Self-Love And How Can You Practice It

This is a quote I took from this week’s podcast on the Self-Love Corner Podcast. This is what I defined self-love as in my own words. Even though it’s a little long-winded, I think every part of this definition defines self-love. Self-love is a great journey to be on and it doesn’t have or need a destination. It can be quite challenging finally accept yourself for you, understanding who you are, and loving everything about yourself. It is a hard journey and an uphill battle at times, but a beautiful journey which is worth it.

Self-Love Corner Podcast

Hello everyone!

It’s been a while since I’ve last posted on here (about 7 months, I’m so sorry). Hope you are all doing well during all these strange times. I feel so much has happened in these 6 months. 2020 will be a year to remember, but also be a growing year.

Invest In Yourself!

You may hear people say things such as treat yourself about buying a fancy bag, makeup, shoes, clothes etc. You can still do this by investing in yourself. Investment in yourself is a form of self-care which is so essential. For some reason, so many of us don’t see it that way.

Three Practical Ways To Get Yourself Out Of A Rut

This blog post is something that has been quite personal to me. Being in a rut is not great and being unhappy sucks. I do hope these practical tips could help somebody out there as they have worked for me. I do want to say that if you’re still feeling unhappy and especially if you’re feeling suicidal or having suicidal thoughts, please talk to someone a relative, friend, healthcare professional.

Hello Blogging World!

Hi everyone, my name is Ange, welcome to my blog. I have a little confession to make…this is my second attempt at a blog. My first attempt was horrible and did not last long. I found it very hard to find time to do it, and to sum it up, I wasn’t committed to it at all. I did feel like I had ‘failed’ at blogging, but I should have stuck out the hard times.
Just a little bit about me, I am 23 years old and I currently work in healthcare in the UK. The reason why I have started this blog again is because I just want an escape from my 9-5 job. I do love writing and would love to improve. Also, I want to use this platform to connect with other people and help others. I guess this will be a lifestyle, promoting self-love, productivity, self-growth blog (is that even a niche?)

I am very excited to start this adventure of blogging again and can’t wait to see where it takes me!

Happy blogging!
